910 Yampa Street
A mixed-use project in the heart of the entertainment district in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Situated prominently on the revitalized Yampa Street, this former electric utility building has under gone a remarkable transformation. The most significant historic preservation and adaptive re-use project within the City, this project contains retail, office and residential space. The project was successfully leased, and attracted a roster of notable tenants that include Mountain Tap Brewery, Hala Gear, and The Steamboat Pilot & Today.
910 Yampa Street was the recipient of the Dana Crawford State Preservation award in 2019.

ClockTower
The Clock Tower and the related parcels represent a distressed purchase from First National Denver’s REO portfolio. Situated at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, the project comprises 2 acres of development land, and the renovation of 13,000 sqaure feet of commercial space. In 2008, the site was entitled to support the 500,000 square foot St. Cloud Condominium-Hotel project. BSV intends to reduce the scale to support a phased project that contains apartments, a boutique hotel, and retail space.

Telluride Hotel & Residences
Located at the end of Colorado Avenue in downtown Telluride, BSV has commenced with the planning of a 50 room upscale hotel, luxury condominiums, restaurant and retail space. The project is adjacent to the San Miguel River, across from Town Park and the festival grounds, with an unobstructed view of the incomparable box canyon. Ground-breaking is expected to occur in late 2021.

E3 Chophouse – Nashville, TN
BSV was retained by E3 Chophouse Nashville owners Adam LaRoche, Jason Aldean, and Luke Bryan to oversee the development of a 12,000 Sq. Ft. restaurant and bar in Nashville, TN. The project is a 3 story venue with rooftop bar in Hillsborough Village. E3 Nashville is opening in November of 2019.
