910 Yampa Street

A mixed-use project in the heart of the entertainment district in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  Situated prominently on the revitalized Yampa Street, this former electric utility building has under gone a remarkable transformation. The most significant historic preservation and adaptive re-use project within the City, this project contains retail, office and residential space.  The project was successfully leased, and attracted a roster of notable tenants that include Mountain Tap Brewery, Hala Gear, and The Steamboat Pilot & Today.

910 Yampa Street was the recipient of the Dana Crawford State Preservation award in 2019.

Mixed-Use Redevelopment

The Clock Tower and the related parcels represent a distressed purchase from First National Denver’s REO portfolio.  Situated at the base of Steamboat Ski Area, the project comprises 2 acres of development land, and the renovation of 13,000 sqaure feet of commercial space. In 2008, the site was entitled to support the 500,000 square foot St. Cloud Condominium-Hotel project. BSV intends to reduce the scale to support a phased project that contains apartments, a boutique hotel, and retail space.
